Mystery Box value is based on the full RRP of included items.
Mystery Boxes are only available while stocks last.
TWL Mystery Boxes are not able to be exchanged through our TWL Returns Portal. If you want to make an exchange for a different size, reach out to our customer support team support@thewodlife.com.au to exchange any items that don't fit perfectly. Subject to availability, we'll do our best to find your perfect size.
If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to use towards any future purchase.
Refunds are not available on Mystery Boxes unless a product is faulty.
